Oversees project resources, staffing, performance development, customer satisfaction, profit and loss, and departmental execution. Applies technical expertise and analytical thinking to resolve complex manufacturing and project issues, improve processes, and meet quality, volume, and timeline standards. Communicates expectations, supports team consensus, and provides guidance to less-experienced colleagues.

Design and optimize the builder funnel to attract, onboard, engage, and retain developers and founders. Run programs (hackathons, cohorts), create onboarding resources, analyze KPIs to improve conversion and retention, and build partnerships to expand the ecosystem for decentralized AI and blockchain innovation.
