A Cloud Guru is getting acquiredHelping enterprise teams build cloud development skills, learning SaaS platform A Cloud Guru is set to be acquired by Pluralsight sometime later this year. Pluralsight offers tech workforce development tools. By combining their tech, the companies are looking to meet growing demand for cloud skills development software. [Built In Austin]

Firefly Aerospace conducts a huge hiring spreeHaving entered into an economic development agreement with the city of Cedar Park, the aerospace company is bringing 682 new jobs to the city with an average salary of $90,000. It’s also planning to buy a new facility spanning 40,000 square feet at the Scottsdale Crossing Technology Center to accommodate all the new hires. [Built In Austin]

Volcon ePowersports raised $17.5MVolcon, a manufacturer of all-electric, off-road-only powersports vehicles, pulled in a fresh round of funding to further its growth and customer satisfaction. It scheduled the release of its first two vehicles, motorcycles named Grunt and Runt, for this summer. Volcon is planning to grow its team across several departments and double its production lines.
