QA Operations - keep QA running smoothly via effective internal communications, a solid understanding of QA tooling/infrastructure and a strong, shared understanding of how the team fits into the overall SDLC. Prioritization - there are never enough hours in the week to achieve 100% coverage, so you must be able to prioritize ruthlessly but effectively and apply your resources accordingly.
