Leads strategy consulting engagements for energy and natural resources clients across corporate strategy, growth, M&A, post-merger integration, commercial and trading strategy, finance, and risk. Develops client relationships, solves complex business problems, manages teams, supports business development, and contributes to consulting capabilities and market offerings. Requires substantial energy-sector expertise and management or strategy consulting experience.

Leads complex commodities and energy trading transformation programs, overseeing strategy, governance, PMOs, technology implementations, business process redesign, cutover, stabilization, and benefits realization. Partners with executive stakeholders across trading, risk, finance, operations, and technology; manages vendors and multidisciplinary teams; provides delivery assurance and recovery support; develops consultants; and supports business development, proposals, client growth, and thought leadership.

Advise energy and natural resources clients on corporate, growth, M&A, post-merger integration, commercial and trading strategy, finance, and risk engagements. Structure complex business problems, analyze markets and performance, develop strategic recommendations, and work with senior executives and cross-functional teams across oil and gas, power, utilities, trading, and energy infrastructure.
