It’s no accident that we’re one of the only remote companies in the world which chooses to pay U.S. benchmarked compensation to our international team members.

Our core beliefs on compensation:

  1. Talent is equally distributed worldwide and should be rewarded accordingly.
  2. We will offer consistent, U.S.-benchmarked compensation, regardless of your location.
  3. We believe in fair benchmarking all roles to U.S. averages (using data provided by Carta).
  4. Raises should reflect a compensation increase for doing the same role year-over-year, but doing the role better.
