Identify and acquire pre-owned vehicles for dealership inventory by contacting prospects, scheduling appraisals, making offers, following up, and coordinating with service and acquisition manager to convert opportunities.

Support Mercedes-Benz Sales Team by handling administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, processing purchase/finance paperwork, maintaining CRM data, coordinating test drives and deliveries, managing online leads, assisting showroom presentation, conducting market research, and participating in sales meetings and training to enable Sales Consultants to focus on customer relationships and closings.
