Coordinates dealership loaner vehicles, including organizing keys, pickups, deliveries, check-ins, inspections, cleaning, parking, and vehicle accountability. Provides courteous guest assistance, supports vehicle entry and exit, responds to concerns, updates loaner information in TSD, and follows safety and corporate procedures. The role requires safe driving, professional conduct, multitasking, physical capability, and independent work.

Manage dealership sales operations by leading and training the sales team, setting goals, organizing schedules, handling customer complaints, supporting vehicle sales, appraising trade-ins, stocking vehicles, managing the lot, and developing sales strategies, budgets, and promotions. The role requires weekend availability, a valid driver's license, and prior sales manager experience. Nissan experience and English-Spanish bilingual ability are preferred.

Handle inbound calls, emails, texts, and online chats to schedule dealership appointments. Must type 45+ WPM, use basic computer and spreadsheet tools, and learn company systems. Full-time, in-office training with hybrid/remote options for Texas residents after 90 days. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
