Build segment-specific playbooks, orchestrate cross-functional teams, run executive engagements, own renewals/expansion enablement, establish CS KPIs and governance, and hire and develop the Customer Success leadership and CSM organization.

Design, build, deploy, and support scalable cloud-native features in a vAuto product suite. Own end-to-end development, write tests, enhance CI/CD and infrastructure, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers. Integrate AI-assisted tools and AI-powered features, participate in Agile ceremonies, and maintain documentation while monitoring AWS performance, cost, and security.
