Supports product managers with client and market research, customer and product analysis, product vision and requirements, roadmap and KPI understanding, project planning, status updates, product lifecycle activities, competitive analysis, business cases, and post-project evaluations.

Lead enterprise product operations to standardize product management practices, embed AI-first methodologies, develop playbooks and learning programs, drive adoption of discipline frameworks, and partner cross-functionally to improve product readiness and operational change across Cox Automotive.

Provides technical leadership for Cox Automotive platforms, driving solution architecture, modernization, AWS adoption, API delivery, and generative AI initiatives. The role aligns engineering, product, and business stakeholders; develops architectural roadmaps and standards; leads proofs of concept; evaluates AI technologies for governance and security; and mentors teams on reusable architecture patterns, DevOps, distributed systems, and production application delivery.
