Lead executive business reviews, create data-driven success plans, monitor account health using CRM and analytics, coordinate cross-functionally to resolve escalations, and influence product improvements based on customer feedback.

Lead testing strategy and automation for complex features across the SDLC. Design and maintain automated regression suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, coach teams on shift-left quality, track quality KPIs, and ensure reliability of APIs and microservices while mentoring junior QA engineers.

Lead and deliver end-to-end software features, refactor legacy code, architect scalable and secure systems, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure high-quality user-focused code and designs.

Design, deliver, and scale multi-format customer and internal training programs. Create instructional content, manage knowledge base platforms, measure training impact, and partner cross-functionally to support product adoption and go-to-market initiatives.

Provide first-line helpdesk support for seekers, customers, and community-based organizations. Triage incidents, own tickets through resolution or escalation, document activities in Jira, run inbound/outbound calls and chats, onboard teammates, and contribute to process improvements and internal projects.

Lead design and ownership of GCP and Cloudflare infrastructure, implement Terraform-based infrastructure-as-code, evolve monitoring and alerting, participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, improve build and deployment pipelines, mentor engineers, and drive cross-team architecture and execution.
