Generates and qualifies outbound leads through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach. Researches prospects, applies qualification frameworks, manages lead data in HubSpot, schedules qualified meetings and demos, and coordinates handoffs to account executives. The role tracks sales KPIs, conducts market and competitive research, supports campaigns, and collaborates with sales and marketing teams. This is an in-office position based in Austin, Texas.

Leads product marketing strategy, go-to-market campaigns, positioning, messaging, sales enablement, product communications, and competitive analysis. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to create customer-facing content, documentation, and marketing materials. Tracks campaign effectiveness, supports RFPs, and translates technical concepts into accessible messaging to drive product awareness, adoption, usage, and revenue growth.

Manage recurring billing cycles, revenue recognition, contract tracking, customer records, and invoice inquiries. Support audits by preparing accounts receivable and revenue documentation, maintain billing agreement records, and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and external accounting partners. The role requires knowledge of software billing, ASC 606, general ledger accounting, month-end close, and advanced spreadsheet skills.
