Teams at Findhelp

Generates and qualifies outbound leads for Findhelp’s SaaS platform. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, conducting personalized outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn, qualifying prospects using BANT, managing lead data in HubSpot, scheduling meetings and demos, coordinating sales handoffs, researching markets and competitors, collaborating with marketing, and meeting sales-qualified meeting and pipeline targets.

Provides technical leadership for full-stack platform development, including architecture, scalable service design, machine learning integrations, code quality, production monitoring, modernization, and cross-functional delivery. The role mentors engineers, leads major projects, and develops secure, maintainable systems using Python, ReactJS, databases, microservices, and GCP.

Own standard customer implementations from sales-to-service handoff through go-live. Lead technical scoping, workflow validation, integration design, project planning, milestone tracking, reporting, readiness assessments, and internal handoffs to Customer Success. Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, communicate project health to stakeholders, and apply structured procedures to deliver efficient onboarding and initial customer value.
