Flash Justice is an AI-powered legal technology platform that helps people file small claims cases on their own, in minutes. Small claims court exists so ordinary people can resolve disputes - unpaid invoices, security deposits, damaged goods, broken contracts - without needing a lawyer. In practice, the paperwork, court procedures, and legal jargon scare most people off, and lawyers won't touch claims under $20K because the economics don't work. Millions of legitimate claims are never filed. Flash Justice closes that gap. Users describe their dispute in plain language, and our platform drafts the petition, identifies the correct Justice of the Peace court, locates the defendant and their registered agent, and e-files the case directly with the court. What used to take weeks of paperwork and hundreds of dollars in legal fees now takes minutes. Flash Justice is a certified Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP) under the Texas Office of Court Administration, with direct integration into the state's eFileTexas system. We file cases as a recognized filer, not as a document generator or referral service. Our stack combines frontier large language models with a proprietary legal knowledge graph that models Texas court rules, jurisdictional logic, filing codes, and procedural requirements. We deliberately avoid fine-tuned models in favor of structured knowledge plus retrieval - when a court changes a rule, we update the graph, not a model checkpoint. Flash Justice launched in Texas in January 2026 and in Israel in 2025. We are headquartered in Austin, with an R&D team in Tel Aviv.
