How is your team integrating AI and ML into the product development process, and what specific improvements have you seen as a result?
We use Gen AI for internal and operational productivity, and GitHub CoPilot is one of the key accelerants for not only developing code, but also tests. We’ve seen productivity gains in development and testing speed as a result of these efforts.
What strategies are you employing to ensure that your systems and processes keep up with the rapid advancements in AI and ML?
Kalderos ensures that our teams have access to learning platforms to keep up with and adopt advancements in AI and ML. We have an AI policy that helps our teams use advancements in a safe and secure way, poised to evolve with the AI landscape to take on future challenges within this market.
Can you share some examples of how AI and ML has directly contributed to enhancing your product line or accelerating time to market?
Kalderos has been on the AI journey nearly since its inception. As a company trying to create transparency in the drug discounts space where data and insight visibility is key, AI and ML play a key role in filling some of the gaps and are used in our product suite to identify non-compliance and drive better outcomes for our customers. Our products are built on a strong data foundation, which allows us to take advantage of AI in a significant way for both internal and customer use cases.
