Analyze go-to-market performance across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success, including pipeline, funnel conversion, campaigns, retention, and revenue drivers. Build and maintain dbt models and data marts using Salesforce and modern data-stack tools. Own data quality, documentation, BI-as-code contributions, and AI-enabled analytics workflows. Partner with stakeholders to turn ambiguous business questions into actionable recommendations and deliver results in agile two-week sprints.

Serve as the embedded HR partner for go-to-market leaders and teams. Advise on hiring, performance, retention, employee relations, workforce planning, manager effectiveness, onboarding, terminations, and sensitive employee matters. Track workforce metrics and provide actionable insights, support Austin office culture, and improve HR processes through automation and AI. Coach managers, ensure compliance, and independently manage employee cases in a fast-paced technology environment.

Retain and expand client accounts by handling cancellation requests, understanding client needs, resolving concerns, and identifying solutions that prevent churn. The role manages retention tasks, documents churn reasons, tracks KPIs, conducts proactive outreach, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve client outcomes and recurring revenue.
