Deploys and integrates software within client organizations, builds relationships with public-sector and enterprise stakeholders, writes production code, incorporates user feedback into product improvements, and drives adoption. The role requires independent planning, frequent travel, client-facing communication, and in-person work in Austin when not traveling.

Negotiate and draft commercial agreements with customers and partners, advise on legal issues throughout electronic product lifecycles, and develop agreement templates, guidance, and policies. Partner with product, engineering, business, and leadership teams on intellectual property, privacy, security, safety, regulatory, and liability matters. Mentor junior lawyers, manage outside counsel, and independently own legal matters from negotiation through completion.

Build and ship backend-first, full-stack product features from customer discovery through production. Work directly with body shops, estimators, and parts managers to identify workflow problems, prototype solutions with AI tools and Python, and rebuild successful prototypes in statically typed languages. Own product performance, usage, returns, and development costs while creating human-supervised automation for critical repair workflows.
