The Director of Sales will manage Whole Foods and UNFI relationships, develop business plans, lead selling initiatives, and enhance partnerships to drive sales and market presence.

Lead sourcing strategies for ingredients or packaging, manage RFPs, contracts, supplier relationships, and supply-risk mitigation. Partner cross-functionally to align procurement with business goals, standardize tools and reporting, oversee commercialization and inventory transition, and drive procurement KPIs, capability development, and enterprise initiatives. Travel ~15% annually.

Manage and grow contract manufacturing relationships, lead sourcing (RFP/RFQ), negotiate pricing, analyze capacity and COGS, own BOMs, support new product manufacturability, run cross-functional production meetings, and perform supplier scorecards and quarterly pricing reconciliation. Travel approximately 25%.
