Owns end-to-end customer order execution, including sales order accuracy, inventory visibility, fulfillment coordination, shipment tracking, issue resolution, buyer and 3PL communication, inventory reconciliation, reporting, and EDI onboarding and troubleshooting.

Lead digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives across website, Shopify stores, email, and SMS. Manage website architecture, content, accessibility, product catalogs, promotions, integrations, QA, and agency partners. Execute digital communications campaigns and automated journeys, optimize vendor performance, reconcile ecommerce budgets, and collaborate with fulfillment on inventory forecasting and shipping configurations. Support digital brand initiatives while troubleshooting platform issues and improving customer experiences.

Plans manufacturing and inventory for multiple SKUs to fulfill customer orders. Coordinates with Demand, Contract Manufacturing, Customer Operations, and Warehouse teams; creates purchase orders; monitors production schedules, inventory levels, obsolescence, and fulfillment accuracy. Produces inventory and production reports, analyzes KPIs such as fill rate and inventory turns, and presents trends and recommendations. Builds relationships with co-manufacturing partners and supports master resource planning.
