Supports faculty and academic staff through Canvas LMS administration, instructional material development, faculty consultation, training, troubleshooting, and learning technology support. Creates course shells, manages enrollments and gradebook workflows, develops guides and videos, supports Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools, promotes accessible course design, and maintains instructional documentation and knowledge-base content.

Lead enterprise Epic and healthcare IT training program: develop strategy, curriculum, competency frameworks, and governance; manage training staff and budgets; oversee LMS, role-based learning, go-lives, upgrades, change management, and adoption across clinical and operational users in an academic healthcare environment.
