Leads enterprise sales for TTEC Digital’s data, AI, cloud, CRM, and contact center solutions. Owns the full sales cycle, including prospecting, executive engagement, solution development, negotiation, and closing. Builds new-logo pipeline, expands accounts, develops territory strategies, manages partner-led selling, orchestrates internal and external stakeholders, and consistently delivers revenue, booking, quota, and forecast targets.
