Lead communication between delivery teams and clients for AWS contact center projects. Manage schedules, budgets, scope, and transitions to managed services. Act as an AWS-savvy PM/consultant, guide best practices, document contact center designs, help prioritize work for developers, and advise clients on tradeoffs and costs to meet business goals.
