Teams at Wise

Process end-to-end U.S. and international payrolls, ensuring accurate inputs, validations, reconciliations, reporting, journals, compliance, audits, and timely payments. Manage payroll vendors, resolve employee and provider inquiries, maintain documentation, support regulatory responses, and improve global payroll processes. Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll regulations while collaborating across regions and contributing to scalable procedures and operational efficiencies.

Own the North American SMB product strategy and 12–24 month roadmap at Wise. Lead customer research, advisory council development, feature execution, metrics, pricing optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across regional and global product, engineering, finance, compliance, and marketing teams. Drive growth of Wise’s business account proposition and develop new revenue opportunities including SMB credit, working capital, and supplier onboarding.

Own growth for Wise’s North American payment corridors by defining product strategy, optimizing pricing, running promotions and experiments, and improving acquisition and retention. Lead the full product lifecycle from customer research and prioritization through launch, while managing backlogs, requirements, and cross-functional execution. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, legal, finance, and operations to deliver scalable, compliant products and compelling go-to-market positioning.
