Own technical relationships for strategic Wise Platform partners after launch. Diagnose and resolve complex API, webhook, authentication, data flow, and integration issues; coordinate with Engineering, Product, Support, and Account Management; manage technical account health, SLAs, migrations, incidents, and feature adoption; surface partner feedback; and develop scalable documentation, tooling, and technical account management processes.

Lead Wise Business marketing growth across the US and Canada. Own regional strategy, execution, budget allocation, GTM development, market insights, acquisition channels, partnerships, and performance outcomes. Partner with global channel, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science teams to run experiments, optimize CAC/LTV and payback, support sales-assisted and self-serve funnels, and shape product positioning and launches for SMBs and startups.

Lead Wise’s North American business operations strategy, overseeing regional servicing performance, operational improvement, automation, capacity planning, location strategy, and KPI execution. Manage BizOps leaders and a matrixed support organization, partner with product teams to build scalable servicing infrastructure, represent operations to regulators and the board, support market expansion, and develop local operational talent and ways of working.
