Analyze customer behavior, funnels, feedback, experiments, and product metrics to guide prioritization and feature decisions. Build and maintain data models and dashboards using SQL, Python, and analytics tools; evaluate A/B tests and pre/post comparisons; identify product opportunities; and communicate recommendations to product managers, engineers, and regional teams. The role also involves using AI tools responsibly while validating data, logic, and conclusions.

Leads Wise’s North American influencer strategy, including regional planning, budgets, forecasting, creator partnerships, Canadian market growth, US strategic support, and Wise Business influencer initiatives. Develops performance-driven programs, manages agencies and partners, ensures regulatory compliance, and uses testing and analytics to scale customer acquisition. The role is hybrid in Austin and collaborates with global and regional teams.

Lead North American commercial pricing strategy: set prices, build proposals for new and existing products, run pricing experiments, manage quarterly pricing processes, analyze product margins and customer profitability, and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Marketing, and local teams to ensure transparent, scalable pricing frameworks.
