Zeta has supported by career development in many ways. The first mantra that I go by and it truly describes how I’ve progressed from being an intern to now being a full-time employee to taking on additional responsibilities is build fast, fail fast, and learn faster. I think this truly describes how I’ve been treading so far in my career growth and also having an abundance of mentorship opportunities.

Zeta has allowed me to grow my career by recognizing my talent and allowing me to be in a position where I’m able to use my knowledge to help grow other people’s careers and to manage and help them develop.

Zeta empowers people by giving you the resources you need, whether that’s competitive intelligence, whether that’s spinning up a new pod, whether that’s facilitating activities for you to get ahead with the technologies that are available today. So, for instance, we have a companywide hackathon coming that focuses just on agents and agents workflows to help people understand these tools and how they can solve their problems, and to showcase the ideas that people have. We even have a group of people called the Brainiacs that help people adopt these tools.
