We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites across multiple levels, including unit, integration, end-to-end, and API testing.

  • Develop and execute manual test cases for new features, enhancements, and regression testing.

  • Work within an AI-driven SDLC, partnering with teams that use AI tooling across planning, development, testing, and delivery.

  • Apply AI tools across the software testing lifecycle (STLC) to improve speed, coverage, or accuracy.

  • Create and maintain automated testing frameworks and reusable test components.

  • Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.

  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Implement and maintain automated quality gates to prevent defective code from progressing through the delivery pipeline.

  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing as needed.

  • Collaborate with developers, Tech Leads, DevOps/SRE engineers, and product stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Identify gaps in test coverage and proactively recommend improvements.

  • Maintain clear documentation of test cases, test scenarios, defects, and automation processes.

  • Help establish and enforce QA best practices across the engineering team.

  • Continuously improve test automation, reliability, execution speed, and coverage.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in QA Engineering, Software Testing, Test Automation, or a related role.

  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.

  • Experience developing automated tests across multiple testing levels, including integration and E2E.

  • Strong experience with API testing, including tools such as Postman.

  • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, including functional and regression testing.

  • Comfort working within an AI-driven SDLC and adopting new AI tooling as part of day-to-day work.

  • Experience identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting software defects.

  • Understanding of software development and QA lifecycle processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with developers and cross-functional engineering teams.

  • Strong English communication skills.

It's a plus:

  • Experience applying AI tools within the STLC, such as AI-assisted test case generation, test script creation, test data generation, coverage analysis, or defect triage.

  • Experience reviewing AI-generated code or test output for correctness and coverage gaps.

  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.

  • Experience with API automation tools and frameworks.

  • Experience working with cloud-based applications.

  • Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

  • Experience with performance or load testing.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Experience working with distributed or nearshore engineering teams.

Compensation:

  • The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,200 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

  • This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.
