Responsibilities

• Build & Deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning & Generative AI models & pipelines based on business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and/or issues, convert analysis to functional & technical specifications, & assist in the design & technical development of AI/ML solutions to meet business requirements.
• Perform & document software application & technical platform configuration, prepare & execute test scenarios & scripts (unit, integration, performance, regression, acceptance) & data conversions. 
• Participate in new technology evaluations in the domain of AI/ML, & in reviewing & monitoring complex production systems to ensure continuous, effective performance; determine modifications as needed.  
• Support GIS & Business intelligence, Big Data and AI/ML personnel that interface with business unit or function customers for the purpose of business technology discovery, and service management.
• Provide Business Intelligence, big data and AI/ML application & platform support services to meet performance, availability, customer service & customer satisfaction targets.
• Participate in reviewing & monitoring complex production systems to ensure continuous, effective performance. Perform system analysis & debugging of applications & platforms to identify problem root causes. Complete root cause analysis for incidents & outages.
• Adhere to GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA & other related standards, governance & controls. May manage execution of SoX controls & testing, & support internal & external audits.

Requirements & Skills 

• Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in most of the following:
• Programming Languages and ML frameworks: Python and Pytorch  Machine Learning  Deep Learning  LLMs, Agents, RAG  Computer Vision  Cloud and Data Engineering platforms: Databricks and Azure

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
