The details
Throughout your TechStart Internship, you'll be embedded in our tech teams as we seek technology-based solutions to improve the customer experience.
You'll focus on real project work - from customer-facing applications to back-end solutions - and gain exposure to emerging technologies, modern engineering practices, and AI-assisted development tools.
And you'll learn and grow your skills in the spirit of collaboration, supported by experienced engineers invested in your development. You'll take part in how our agile teams really work - from planning and building to testing and delivering software our customers rely on.
Qualifications
Qualifications
  • You're working toward a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, a related technical discipline
  • You can write, test, and debug code in one or more software development languages
  • You have a general knowledge of design and development tools, and familiarity with concepts like version control, data structures, and the software development lifecycle
  • You have exposure to and are curious about how AI and AI-assisted development tools are reshaping modern software engineering, and ready to build fluency in them
  • You bring learning agility, critical thinking, and curiosity - you ask why before jumping to how
  • You have a focus on continuous learning, a growth mindset, and accountability for your work
  • You collaborate well with others and keep the customer in mind
  • You are fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions

Internship Details
  • Duration: 11 weeks
  • Start dates: Late May / Early June
  • Locations: Boston, MA | Indianapolis, IN | Plano, TX | Portsmouth, NH
  • Work schedule: Hybrid - in office two days per week

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
