In addition, you will also play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the academic division by offering reliable logistical and administrative support that keeps daily functions running efficiently.

Responsibilities
● Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
● Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
● Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
● Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and special projects
● Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
● Track deadlines, priorities, and follow‐up tasks to support executive decision‐making
Qualifications
● Genuine passion for the mission and principles of UATX
● Proven ability to manage complex logistics, including scheduling, coordination of high‐level meetings, and event planning
● Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time‐management skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders
● An expert in diplomacy, comfortable being privy to and guarding sensitive information
● Values honesty and direct feedback to ensure UATX embodies its core tenets and lives up to its potential
