Three-year rotational entry-level engineering program focused on roadway design and project delivery. Participants will develop roadway alignments, typical sections, site assessments, engineering reports, construction plan sets in MicroStation ORD, design calculations, and cost estimates. Projects include roundabouts, urban and rural roads, and interstate improvements. The role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits and provides training, mentorship, regional project exposure, and cross-office experience.

Rotational Program Overview
AEDP is a 3-year rotational program designed for entry level hires to explore up to three different design centers in their first three years with American Structurepoint.
- Develop Well-Rounded Engineers through rotations across our Road group and Indianapolis, Ohio, Florida/Texas
- Gain Exposure to Regional Projects and varying client needs

What you will do:
- Contribute to roadway designs, layout alignments, create typical sections, site assessment and engineering report development.
- Creating construction plan sets in MicroStation ORD CAD Program
- Prepare design calculation documentation
- Develop construction cost estimates
- Different projects would include Roundabouts, Urban Roads, Rural Roads and Large Interstate Improvements
- Work is completed in the office with occasional site visits
- Other duties as assigned
Who you are:
- Students majoring in any of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, Land Survey or Structural Engineering or other related programs with an emphasis on Civil Engineering
- Reliable transportation to and from office location
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and try new things
- Graduating in December 2026 or May/June 2027
