Role Summary:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for Outpost Gate Automation™ technology. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on complex software and hardware solutions for industrial and logistics environments. You will be the front-line representative of our brand, building relationships with decision-makers and navigating extended sales cycles with diligence and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate pipeline.

  • Represent Outpost at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

  • Travel to customer sites to conduct on-site assessments and relationship-building meetings.

  • Deliver tailored live demonstrations of our Outpost Gate Automation™ platform, including both software and hardware components.

  • Create proposals and pricing strategies aligned with client objectives and value.

  • Own the opportunity lifecycle within our CRM, from qualification to contract execution.

  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations to scope and deliver solutions.

  • Meet or exceed defined sales goals, activity metrics, and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • SaaS sales experience of 5 years

  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in enterprise software, industrial automation, or access control

  • A proven track record of closing six-figure deals with complex stakeholders

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person

  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven pipeline management. HubSpot a plus

  • Base salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes a strong commission upside; a complete compensation and benefits summary will be provided during the interview process.
