MISSION OF THE POSITION

The Account Manager is a key point of contact between the company and its clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, nurturing relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring the successful delivery of products or services. The Account Manager's ultimate aim is to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Sales Operations

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  2. Understand clients' goals, challenges, and needs in order to tailor solutions that address their unique requirements.
  3. Present the company's products, services, or solutions to clients, highlighting how they align with the client's needs and objectives.
  4. Upsell and cross-sell Willbanks’ solution and products portfolio within assigned accounts.
  5. Develop sales plans to further integrate existing accounts.
  6. Maintain a full understanding of Willbanks’ solution and product portfolio.
  7. Develop and execute sales action plans that deliver profitable growth in the assigned accounts or markets according to the accepted business plan, with emphasis on achieving Willbanks’ revenue and margin targets.
  8. Provide feedback on market & competitive trends within assigned accounts and/or Market.
  9. Update & maintain current customer information and sales activities in Willbanks’ Customer Relations Management Software on a daily & weekly basis.
  10. Prepare all necessary reports and forecasts in a timely & accurate manner, as requested by management.  
  11. Participate fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building, and professional development classes.
  12. Ensure customer satisfaction with the services being provided, with an eye toward future business opportunities.
  13. Ensure timely follow-up of quotes & opportunities with customers, providing technical & commercial qualifications, as required.
  14. Represent Willbanks, Inc. at all trade shows, professional meetings and industry forums as deemed appropriate by Sales Management.
  15. Develop customer presentations and deliver them as needed.
  16. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES

  • Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL) a plus.
  • Certified Professional Sales Professional (CPSP) a plus.

EXPERIENCE

  • Five (5) years of sales experience required.  
  • Two (2) years Industry specific or boiler/HVAC experience required.
  • Customer Relations Management Software experience required.
