About the Role

Dutchie is looking for an ACH Operations Analyst to support Dutchie’s Pay by Bank product.
This person is responsible for end-to-end money movement, owning reconciliations, supporting
the ACH team’s compliance obligations and identifying operational improvements to support
Dutchie’s industry-leading ACH payments program. In this role, you will work heavily
cross-functionally across internal teams. We are looking for someone tech-forward, with great
attention to detail, and an intellectual curiosity to solve hard problems.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Money Movement
● Daily Reconciliation: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactional
data across systems and banking partners
● Money Movement Tracking: Monitor, track, and validate end-to-end money movement
● Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve transactional discrepancies, failed
money movements, and processing exceptions by collaborating with internal teams and
external banking partners.
● Process Optimization & AI Integration: Identify opportunities to automate manual
reconciliation steps, optimize money movement workflows, and actively incorporate
AI-driven tools and workflows to increase efficiency
Customer Support & Bank Administration
● POA Process Management: Own and execute the Proof of Authorization (POA)
process, ensuring all necessary merchant authorizations and documentation are
accurately managed, validated, and aligned with banking partner requirements.
● Customer Support: Respond to consumer and dispensary support requests related to
Dutchie’s ACH program, providing timely and accurate assistance

Qualifications & Skills
● Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial operations, fintech, banking, or
accounting, with a strong background in reconciliation and balancing.
● Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking operations, electronic money
movement, ACH networks, and familiarity with payment processing, and digital wallet
ecosystems.
● ACH Regulation: Knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules is preferred
