Design and deliver next-generation AI solutions shaping the future of financial services

The Role
As part of Capco’s Technology Delivery Team, you will bring hands-on experience in agile development and engineering best practices to deliver high-impact AI solutions. As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you will play a key role across the full AI lifecycle—from research and prototyping through to production deployment—helping deliver transformative, enterprise-grade solutions for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Build applications leveraging foundation models and advanced GenAI techniques (Agentic RAG, KG-RAG)
  • Develop autonomous agents using modern agentic frameworks
  • Implement MCP integrations and Python-based full-stack solutions
  • Design scalable REST APIs and deploy AI workloads across cloud platforms
  • Collaborate across teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to innovation in embeddings and knowledge systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML-focused software engineering
  • Hands-on production experience with LLMs and agentic systems
  • Strong expertise in Python and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern development practices
  • Willingness to work on-site in our office 5 days/week

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with embeddings at scale and knowledge graph implementation
  • Familiarity with ontology extraction and advanced RAG architectures
  • Full-stack development experience across backend and frontend technologies
  • Exposure to LLMOps/MLOps tools for CI/CD and monitoring
  • Experience mentoring or supporting team development initiatives
