About Outreach

Outreach, founded in 2014, is the only complete agentic AI platform for revenue teams. Outreach infuses agentic AI, conversation intelligence, and assistive AI to power hundreds of use cases across revenue motions. From new logo prospecting to expansions, deal acceleration, driving retention, and forecasting, Outreach AI automates workflows and frees sellers to focus on more strategic conversations and actions. Revenue leaders benefit from connected account visibility, performance insights, and higher forecasting accuracy across every GTM team. World leading enterprise organizations use Outreach to power their revenue teams, including Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon to name a few.

The Role

We're building the next generation of go-to-market and AI is at the center of it. The AI GTM Architect is responsible for designing and scaling how AI powers Outreach's revenue engine. This role translates GTM strategy into AI-driven workflows, intelligent automation, and seller execution inside our own platform.

You'll act as both a system architect and GTM operator shaping how AI agents engage buyers, how workflows run across the funnel, and how data drives real-time decisions. This isn't a traditional operations role. You'll define how modern revenue teams work, ensuring AI extends the reach of sellers in a trusted, human way. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner cross functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, BI and Revenue Operations teams.

Location: Ideal location is based in Seattle or Atlanta near in office teams. We are open to remote within the U.S.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

    • GTM Execution Design: Translate GTM strategy into scalable workflows and plays inside Outreach. You'll build and optimize outbound, inbound, and customer engagement motions—ensuring alignment between leadership priorities and how the field actually executes.

    • AI Agent Workflow Development: Design how AI agents communicate with prospects, personalize outreach at scale, and integrate into seller workflows. You'll deploy agent-driven outcomes including lead prioritization, automated follow-up and sequencing, and deal pipeline insights.

    • Outreach Execution Architecture: Own how Outreach is used as the system of execution for GTM. You'll define how data, signals, and AI decisioning drive actions—and ensure workflows are scalable, integrated with CRM and data systems, and built for real adoption in the field.

    • Product Adoption: Lead internal rollout of Outreach's latest AI capabilities and features. You'll partner with Sales and Enablement to drive usage consistency and serve as a trusted expert on modern sales engagement best practices.

    • Experimentation & Optimization: Run continuous experiments on messaging, sequences, AI prompts, agent behavior, and channel strategies to improve pipeline generation, conversion rates, and rep productivity.

    • Product Influence: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to surface feedback from revenue teams, identify high-impact use cases, and help shape roadmap direction.

Our Vision of You

    • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or a similar role

    • Deep understanding of prospecting and customer engagement strategies

    • Hands-on experience with Outreach or a comparable sales engagement platform

    • Strong systems thinker—you design scalable workflows, not just one-off tasks

    • Experience building or optimizing GTM processes at scale

    • Working knowledge of AI in sales and marketing: LLMs, automation, and agents

    • Data-driven mindset with a track record in experimentation and performance analysis

    • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have's

  • Experience designing AI-driven workflows or automation systems
    • Familiarity with Salesforce, data pipelines, and integrations

    • Background working closely with Product and Engineering teams
