The role partners closely with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and other business teams to establish a sustainable enterprise agent ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, and agent capabilities for business value, enterprise readiness, governance requirements, and service impact.
  • Define success measures for adoption, service health, governance, user experience, and responsible AI consumption.
  • Define governance and operating models for emerging capabilities such as autonomous agents, agent identities, multi-agent solutions, and enterprise agent discovery.
