We are seeking an AI Solutions Strategist to turn business challenges into practical AI, automation, and digital solutions that improve productivity and deliver measurable results.

You will connect business stakeholders with technology teams, identify the right opportunities, and move promising ideas from concept to working solutions. The ideal candidate combines business judgment, technical curiosity, and hands-on development skills.

You will explore emerging technologies, evaluate commercial products, build prototypes, integrate business systems, and help teams choose the right approach—AI, automation, process improvement, or a combination.

The role primarily supports sales and marketing and also partners across functions to improve employee productivity, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business performance.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Partner with sales, marketing, operations, IT, and other teams to understand business challenges and identify high-value opportunities.

  • Prioritize AI, automation, and process-improvement solutions that reduce manual work, improve experiences, and deliver measurable value.

  • Evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, models, agents, copilots, and commercial software for practical business use.

  • Build and test prototypes, agents, automations, and business applications using low-code, no-code, or traditional software-development tools and programming languages.

  • Run pilots and proofs of concept to validate user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact before scaling.

  • Integrate solutions with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Snowflake, Power Platform, Azure, and other business systems.

  • Develop business cases, value estimates, success metrics, and adoption plans for proposed initiatives.

  • Implement and improve selected solutions; for complex efforts, define requirements and partner with engineering, architecture, data, security, and platform teams.

  • Establish clear ownership, documentation, testing, monitoring, support, and lifecycle plans for solutions.

  • Create reusable patterns, playbooks, prompt frameworks, and design standards that support secure and responsible AI adoption.

  • Measure adoption, productivity gains, business outcomes, and return on investment.

  • Advise leaders on when to use AI, traditional automation, process improvement, or another approach.

  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, maintainability, accessibility, and responsible AI.

WHO YOU ARE: You are curious about emerging technology and focused on solving real business problems, not using technology for its own sake. You bring a consulting mindset: you seek to understand the problem, the user, and the expected outcome before recommending a solution. You communicate effectively with executives, end users, product owners, developers, architects, and technical teams. You can discuss strategy and also build a prototype, configure an agent, connect systems, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate tradeoffs. You work well in ambiguity, learn quickly from experiments, and iterate toward solutions that users trust and adopt.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science with an AI or machine-learning concentration, Data Science or Analytics with applied AI coursework, Robotics or Autonomous Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems with an AI or digital-transformation focus, or a related technical field.

  • Working knowledge of generative AI, agentic systems, enterprise copilots, automation, and their application to business processes.

  • Hands-on experience building AI-enabled prototypes, agents, automations, integrations, dashboards, or business applications using low-code, no-code, or traditional software-development tools and programming languages.

  • Ability to choose among AI, deterministic automation, traditional technology, process improvement, or a blended approach.

  • Ability to assess architecture, integrations, data needs, security, testing, maintainability, and long-term support.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently in a fast-changing environment.

  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
    • Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • AI Platforms and Automation

    • Hands-on experience with at least two enterprise AI or automation platforms, ideally Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio and Salesforce Agentforce. Other relevant platforms include Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Snowflake Cortex, Power BI, Tableau, workflow automation, and enterprise search tools.

  • AI Solution Development

    • Experience building agents, copilots, automations, workflows, or AI-enabled business applications.

    • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, orchestration, enterprise search, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, or agentic architectures.

    • Experience evaluating commercial AI products and running pilots, proofs of concept, or technology assessments.

    • Experience establishing testing, monitoring, governance, documentation, deployment, access-management, and support practices for AI solutions.

    • Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technology into practical business value.

  • Commercial and Business Experience

    • Experience in business transformation, consulting, AI enablement, business operations, solution architecture, product management, or automation, including leading cross-functional technology-adoption or digital-transformation initiatives.

    • Experience working with stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into practical solutions

    • Experience supporting sales, marketing, customer success, customer service, or commercial operations.

    • Experience improving productivity, reducing manual work, or simplifying complex processes.

    • Experience building business cases and measuring adoption, productivity, and business impact.
