The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. Essential Responsibilities
- Own and lead Growth Program strategy within Americas, including:
- Development of the annual commitment growth target and supporting business case.
- Support short term and long term region & global strategy reviews with Growth Program strategy & progress.
- Develop technical product understanding in order to drive cross-product solutioning, understand fleet configuration/risk and product applicability/strategy.
- Leverage AI & data analytics to create and unlock growth strategies. Translate data to strategic insights & actions, leveraging inputs such as pipeline health, win/loss analysis, sales feedback, customer value, customer VOC and market dynamics.
- Own current year and future year pipeline analysis, progression & quality, including monitoring, auditing and pacing of pipeline to evaluate fulfillment and readiness to serve, and ensure volume, health, & composition of pipeline supports the growth targets.
- Partner with Global Sales, Product Line, and Market Intelligence to understand the wing-to-wing dynamics of the program, market & fulfillment risks, barriers to growth, and formulate & execute the strategic action plan for the region/pole.
- Partner with Global Sales to develop, launch, and operationalize the product targeting models.
- Develop standard work to drive sustainable productivity for Growth Program management.
- Own and lead core commercial focus areas:
- Develop expertise in core commercial focus areas to drive commercial strategies and deliver actionable insights and support across the Strategy & Growth team.
- Support pole level strategic ops & communications.
- Leverage AI to drive automation, sustainable solutions, and productivity improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial, Technical, Sales Operations or Project/Product Management related field.
