The Australia market serves as a good platform to drive incremental business for Mastercard through new opportunities in card portfolio optimisation, loyalty, digital as well as other Mastercard services and expanding into new networks. The role will work with the account management team and all relevant functional teams to achieve the market objectives in these areas through the identified deliverables below.
Major accountabilities:
• Actively manage the account sales pipelines for the customer set• Conduct research & analysis to support business strategies and customer e.g., Issuer customer growth plans, customer business reviews and internal regular management reporting. • Use analytical and problem-solving skills to provide analyses and insights for customers or internal stakeholders. • Participate in, and sometimes lead, projects focused on customer needs, customer event management or internal improvement. • Work collaboratively across multiple internal teams to support a variety of business initiatives. • Problem solves where necessary to achieve optimal outcomes for our customer set. This role provides a breath of learning through end to end & cross functional exposure within Mastercard and with our customers.
