Title and Summary
Analyst, Market Delivery
Purpose of the team.
The Market Delivery team provide the end-to-end project delivery and implementation of Mastercard's products and services by acting as a Project Management Office (PMO) and coordinating activities across internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
Serves as a strategic business partner, leading cross-functional initiatives and squads to turn corporate strategies into measurable business outcomes. Leverages deep technical expertise and strong project management (PMO) capabilities to support internal and external stakeholders, driving governance, alignment, execution excellence, and successful delivery of strategic priorities.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, driving end-to-end project delivery from initiation through successful completion.
Define scope, manages project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance forums, and status reporting to ensure successful project delivery.
Develops and maintains delivery process maps, implementation documentation, and operational readiness plans.
Leads cross-functional coordination efforts to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer and business requirements.
Supports Customer Delivery teams, Product, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders across markets and regions.
Researches, analyzes, and resolves implementation issues, responding to inquiries related to products, services, and delivery tools.
Tracks project performance, analyzes delivery metrics, and prepares reports, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership.
Produces high-quality presentations, business cases, and reporting materials for customer-facing and internal communications.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leverages AI-powered tools to enhance project management, reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.
Ensures effective stakeholder management through clear communication, alignment meetings, and executive-level presentations.
Builds and maintains strong working relationships with partners across Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Delivery functions.
Support Mastercard Academy team delivering trainings to Mastercard Customers.
Support the Delivery team through internal training, knowledge sharing, and coaching, fostering capability development and delivery excellence.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Programming, Systems Engineer, Computer System Engineer, Telecommunications Engineer, Data Analysis or similar
Strong Project Management Office (PMO) skills and implementation management experience.
Strong knowledge of card payments, including authorization, clearing, and settlement, with experience in financial services and technology environments.
API Knowledge for Java and open languages.
Experience leading customer onboarding, product launches, and service implementations.
Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to leverage these skills in a teaching environment.
Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard development capabilities.
Executive presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to senior leadership.
Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, data analysis, and project delivery.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
Occasional domestic and internation travel
Nice to Have
Spanish proficiency (written and verbal).
Experience using databases and data visualization/business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
