Automation and Visualization Development
- Design, develop, and maintain low code automation and visualization solutions that reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency.
- Build end-to-end workflows, integrations, and automations using approved platforms and enterprise connectors.
- Ensure solutions are reliable, well tested, documented, and supportable in a production environment.
- Enhance and refactor existing automations based on usage, feedback, and changing business needs.
GenAI Agent Development
- Design and implement GenAI powered agents to support business processes such as knowledge retrieval, request handling, document generation, and decision support.
- Configure prompts, workflows, and agent behaviors to deliver accurate, consistent, and useful outcomes.
- Apply approved patterns for safely accessing enterprise data and knowledge sources.
- Reuse shared components and frameworks where available to promote consistency and efficiency.
Governance, Security, and Responsible AI
- Ensure all automation and GenAI solutions comply with enterprise security, data classification, privacy, and responsible AI policies.
- Prevent unauthorized exposure of sensitive or confidential information in automation workflows and GenAI interactions.
- Participate in required solution reviews, approvals, and audits.
- Design solutions with clear ownership, logging, and traceability.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize use cases.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, Architecture, and Compliance teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer for delivered solutions.
Enablement and Continuous Improvement
- Support and guide citizen developers by sharing best practices, patterns, and reusable assets.
- Contribute to internal documentation, training materials, and adoption efforts.
- Stay current on approved low code and GenAI capabilities and recommend improvements aligned with organizational direction.
- Monitor solution performance and drive continuous improvement.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, advanced degree a plus; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience designing and delivering low code automation solutions in an enterprise environment.
Working knowledge of generative AI concepts and building GenAI agents or AI-enabled automation solutions in production environments. - Experience integrating workflows with enterprise applications and data sources.
- Strong understanding of security, data protection, and compliance considerations in automation and AI solutions.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting or enabling citizen developer communities.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Suite.
- Background in IT operations, enterprise platforms, or digital workplace solutions a plus.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (Dev/Test/Prod) across various environments leveraging reusable components (DRY Principal).
