The Role:


Way is seeking a brand designer to deliver compelling creative that reflects our mission to elevate how people interact with brands. This person will drive brand design forward while actively contributing to the team’s internal and external needs. This person is looking for an exciting collaborative team environment where their work makes a difference every day on the overall trajectory of the business. 


Key Responsibilities:


Build stunning visuals communicating the Way story through various mediums, from the web to print to social and event campaigns. 

Uphold our new brand identity across the organization, ensuring a seamless and excellent presentation of our brand. 

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify brand differentiation and storytelling opportunities.

Design visually compelling enablement tools from sales decks, customer success collateral, and other internal materials to support sales and customer success teams.

Liaise with external vendors and freelancers to fulfill design needs, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Proficiently project manage oneself and other collaborators from start to finish on assigned projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, visual communications, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand design, preferably within a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment.

Proficiency in design software, including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Webflow.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand design across various mediums, including digital, print, and motion graphics.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to articulate design concepts and gain buy-in from stakeholders.

Experience in motion design, 3D design tools, and AI experimentation is considered advantageous.

Front-end dev experience is also considered advantageous.
