Join YETI’s award-winning Creative Studio team as a Brand Designer. In this role,  you will be responsible for crafting effective and visually striking communications for both external and internal audiences. You will collaborate closely with the Creative team, Brand Marketing, and e-Commerce to nurture and inspire brand love, as we continue to expand our reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with  team members to establish and determine the conceptual and design direction of YETI’s branding, marketing, and advertising initiatives

  • Brainstorm, concept, collaborate, comp, and present innovative and exciting creative that garners buy-in while achieving measurable results

  • Create strategic marketing assets for brand marketing projects, including but not limited to marketing campaigns (emails, social & performance media, Y.com content, etc.), retail displays, print advertising, and video content

  • Maintain and uphold the YETI Brand in all in-house creative work.

  • Work within tight deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of collaboration and a positive attitude

  • Stay up to date with branding and advertising trends across all mediums

  • Photo editing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or equivalent expertise is strongly preferred

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a collaborative advertising and/or marketing design role

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

  • Experience concepting and executing holistic campaigns

  • Experience in digital marketing/advertising

  • Experience working in Figma

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and ability to learn new software, as needed

  • Experience in digital, and social marketing/advertising

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems, even when they are not fully defined

  • Ability to prepare, present, and sell creative ideas

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Optimistic, energetic, and possesses the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
