Job Summary 

The Brand Manager–Senior Brand Manager supports the execution of marketing strategies across the portfolio. This role focuses on translating strategy into HCP and patient-facing programs, including personal promotion, non-personal promotion, speaker bureaus, congresses, and educational initiatives, to drive engagement and growth. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across personal (sales force) and non-personal (digital, email, media) channels 
  • Develop HCP campaigns, promotional materials, and educational programs 
  • Support speaker bureau programs, peer-to-peer initiatives, and KOL engagement 
  • Plan and execute congress presence and HCP marketing activities  
  • Partner with agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget 
  • Manage promotional materials, inventory, and field-facing tools 
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure strong field pull-through and alignment  
  • Support promotional review with legal, regulatory, and medical teams 
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights  

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred 
  • 3-6 years of healthcare/pharma marketing experience  
  • Experience with HCP marketing, including personal and non-personal promotion 
  • Exposure to speaker programs, congresses, and professional education 
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills 
  • Familiarity with regulated marketing environments and promotional review process 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Ophthalmology or specialty pharma experience 
  • Experience working with field teams and KOL engagement
