As a Brand Marketing Manager on the Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams (including representatives from Marketing Leadership, Strategy, Operations, Digital, Creative, Communications and franchisees) to develop, implement, and analyze impact of brand marketing ideas.
  • Develop, execute and support brand activities – providing content topics and direction across all marketing department verticals.
  • Execute and support strategic brand initiatives as developed annually in brand planning.
  • Create and manage Neighborly brand and multi-brand programs to support these initiatives, at the local level
  • Build annual marketing calendar for national and local campaigns; support the development and drive the execution of campaigns.
  • Create and manage Neighborly marketing assets and materials that can be used nationally for local execution and support.
  • Manage and maintain the Local Marketing Resources, the resource tools that provide access to these tools and relevant information resources.
  • Evaluate potential marketing vendors to meet existing and emerging needs. Manage relationships with existing brand specific marketing vendors. Monitor and evaluate programs and materials for effectiveness.

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional Marketing experience
    • Excellent mastery of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Power Point required, with working knowledge or desire to learn various AI and analytics tools.
    • Knowledge of Brandfolder, Business Intelligence, Monday.com is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent professional business skills, including verbal, written (emphasis on mastery of drafting day-to-day business correspondence required), analytical, and organizational skills required.
    • Strong understanding of current online marketing advertising, strategy and best practice.
    • Ability to think critically and to interpret and apply processes across many different areas.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment under pressure while demonstrating the utmost professionalism and a strong customer-focused attitude.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing or equivalent
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
    • Our office locations are at:

      • 1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, Tx
