- Develop and execute a US market go-to-market strategy across:
- CPA firms and accounting practices
- Mid-market and growth-stage businesses
- Build a strong qualified pipeline through outbound,
inbound, alliances, and referrals.
2. Client Acquisition & Deal Closure
- Own the full sales cycle:
- Prospecting → Discovery → Solutioning → Proposal → Negotiation
→ Closure
- Position as strategic
long-term partners, not vendors.
- Drive multi-service and bundled deal wins across the
three brands.
3. CPA Firm Partnerships
- Build relationships with:
- US CPA firms (small, mid-size, and regional)
- Position co-sourcing and offshore delivery models for
audit, tax, and accounting.
- Address CPA firm pain points:
- Talent shortages
- Margin pressure
- Seasonal capacity constraints
4. Automation & AI Solution Selling
(AcoSpark Focus)
- Identify automation and AI opportunities within:
- CPA firms
- In-house finance teams
- Work with internal SMEs to scope use cases, value propositions,
and ROI narratives.
- Close pilot projects and scale to enterprise-wide deployments.
5. Market Expansion Advisory Selling

- Identify US companies seeking India and UAE market expansion.
- Sell:

- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and pricing
feedback.
Requirements
- Strong B2B consultative selling skills
- Experience selling offshoring, outsourcing, or professional
services
- Ability to sell complex, multi-service solutions
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Hunter mindset with deal-closure discipline
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business, Finance, Accounting,
or related field
- 7–12 years of experience in:
- US B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
- Selling to CPA firms, finance leaders, or professional
services clients
- Prior experience selling:
- Offshore accounting / BPO / consulting services (strongly
preferred)
- Automation, RPA, or AI solutions (added advantage)
