About The Role

We are looking for a smart and driven leader to have a direct impact on the future of our business by helping to influence global adoption of our award-winning Picus Security Validation Platform.

As Channel Account Representative you will bring partner management experience to North America. This hire will work directly with signed partners to help produce deal registrations and pipeline funnel. Activities to help foster existing relationships will include training partner Reps and Engineers, doing field activity (events, team meetups, showcases), building and fostering relationships, driving and executing channel strategy, developing partner marketing campaigns with marketing and becoming the face of Picus in the field for our existing partners.

What You'll Do

  • Be the face of Picus for our Partners in the Field
  • Manage MDF and attend Channel Events
  • Roll out campaigns with signed partners
  • Manage Picus Enablement Program
  • Manage Deal Registration Program
  • Hold QBRs with focus partners

What You Have

  • Experience in Channel Sales
  • Experience in Cybersecurity
  • Experience in developing strong relationships with key security partners across North America (Guidepoint, Optiv, SHI, Presidio…)
  • Be a self starter that can execute on a channel plan with little oversight
  • Experience training and enabling partners
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial growth mindset and comfortable working in an autonomous environment
