Currently, we are looking to hire a Channel Account Manager to join our growing USA Sales team. In this position you will work with our networking devices portfolio and help to build and strengthen relationships with our VAR partners.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.


In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing Channel VAR partners, manage daily operations with Channel partners
  • Hold training sessions and educate VAR partners on Teltonika networking solutions products
  • Differentiate Teltonika Networks from the competition through consistent communication and ongoing training of products and new selling tools
  • Collect POS reports from Channel VAR partners on time
  • Create business plans and monthly/quarterly revenue targets with Channel VAR partners and provide timely, accurate reports and other information on partner activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and senior team members to provide direction on Channel VAR partners and market requirements, prepare a quarterly marketing plan for each VAR
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings/trade shows to represent Teltonika and its networking products
  • Cooperate with inside Teltonika sales teams and become familiar with internal VAR Channel sales teams structures
  • Work with an in-house built CRM System to log accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to best practices
  • Organize lunch and learns and other engagement activities with carrier and VAR sales teams


What we expect of you:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management
  • 5+ years of experience working with channel sales
  • Availability to travel to client meetings, trade shows and exhibitions
  • Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently
  • Nice to have: experience with carrier sales teams

Salary:

Base salary depending on experience + uncapped commissions. Real potential to develop career opportunities in IoT industry, incentives + referral bonuses
