  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through their security transformation journey with CrowdStrike's AI-native platform at the center

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and the AIDR product team to provide feedback and influence roadmap priorities

  • Develop and deliver enablement content, competitive positioning, and technical collateral to uplift the broader Corporate SE team on AIDR topics

  • Stay current on the AI/ML threat landscape, adversary tradecraft, and emerging detection and response technologies to maintain SME-level expertise

  • Support regional field events, webinars, and customer briefings as an AIDR thought leader

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or equivalent technical roles within cybersecurity.

  • Deep understanding of AI concepts as applied to cybersecurity — including behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, automated triage, and generative AI use cases in security operations

  • Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR platforms, SIEM, SOAR, or related security technologies

  • Strong knowledge of the threat detection and incident response lifecycle, including familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK

  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent opportunities typical of a Corporate/mid-market sales motion

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to engage audiences ranging from SOC analysts to CISOs

  • Experience leading technical evaluations and POVs with measurable success outcomes

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams

Bonus Points

  • Direct experience with CrowdStrike Falcon platform, including Charlotte AI, Next-Gen SIEM, or Falcon Fusion SOAR

  • Background in threat intelligence, threat hunting, or incident response

  • Experience in a Corporate or SMB/mid-market sales segment with high-velocity deal cycles

  • Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and explainability concepts as they relate to security buyer concerns
