THE ROLE:

FloSports is seeking a proactive Client Success Lead to support and grow engagement on our Wrestling Self-Streaming platform. In this client-focused role, you'll ensure the success and satisfaction of wrestling event organizers and stakeholders, maximizing their streaming experience and retention. You will guide partners through onboarding, training, regular success reviews, and post-event analyses to ensure continuous improvement and sustained platform adoption.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Proactively onboard new wrestling events and programs, ensuring a seamless experience and successful adoption of FloSports’ self-streaming platform.

● Provide dedicated training and troubleshooting assistance for partners, focusing on Trackwrestling setup, broadcast technology, and virtual pan-and-zoom (VPZ) camera education.

● Regularly review and analyze streaming performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues, and providing timely feedback to partners.

● Conduct in-depth post-event analyses, coordinate with internal teams, and work closely with partners to ensure continuous improvement and high-quality future broadcasts.

● Foster long-term relationships with wrestling stakeholders, prioritizing client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat platform usage.

● Advocate for the adoption of Trackwrestling’s payment and registration systems.

● Approve and manage partner payments efficiently and accurately.

● Represent FloSports and FloWrestling at industry events, reinforcing brand credibility and promoting platform capabilities.

● This role requires travel up to 50% of the time to support partner events and industry engagements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

● Extensive knowledge of wrestling is required.

● Strong familiarity with Trackwrestling and/or broadcast technology platforms (e.g., OBS, vMix, Wirecast, Restream) is strongly preferred.

● Previous experience in business development, partnerships, customer success, sales, or a related role is strongly preferred.

● Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

● Strong analytical skills for assessing streaming performance metrics and implementing strategic improvements.

● Highly proactive, organized, and capable of independently managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously.

● Flexible to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, to support live wrestling events.
