How you'll contribute

We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Clinic Manager  to join our growing health system. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our medical staff and advancing access to high-quality care across our communities. This role primarily manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation. 
Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for 
Must exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related field required
Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education
