Own clipping end to end, including managing third-party pipelines, sourcing and vetting clippers, briefing, payments, quality control, and conversion optimization. Build an in-house clipping operation from scratch and develop viral marketing strategies across TikTok, X, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. The role requires deep knowledge of social content trends, clipping marketplaces, agencies, freelancers, and crypto, iGaming, or sports betting marketing.

Blitzed is a crypto-first, degen-focused online casino. Welcome to refined chaos. The after-hours spot where you see the same dudes as yesterday and can catch up whilst you hopefully win enough on slots to pay off your mortgage.

Vision: build the casino we always wanted to play at. Burn the rulebook. Keep going until it’s either the biggest thing in crypto or the most legendary flameout anyone’s ever seen.

To that, we need an expert in clipping. Someone used to driving massive viral campaigns on Insta and other social platforms. Someone who knows how to find holes that let you do crazy stuff - pushing new ways to market instead of repeating the same old stuff.
You'd manage our clipping with third parties, but most crucially lead on how we can create our own machine.

RequirementsThe role

You'll own clipping end to end. Run the current pipeline, fix what's broken, and build the plan to bring it fully in-house: sourcing clippers, vetting, briefing, payment, quality control. Real ownership, real speed, hardcore love of conversion and making things go viral.

You
  • Have a proven track record in clipping: agency-side, in-house, or scaled up from clipping yourself
  • Know the marketplaces and models, agencies, freelancers
  • Live and breathe TikTok, X, Instagram and Shorts, and know what's working on them right now
  • Can build an operation from scratch, not just follow one
  • Essential: igaming, crypto or sports betting - we aren't selling soft toys and you should know how to get content live
  • Know what NOT to do, and what doesn't work.
