Job Description

As a Communications Coordinator, you will support the planning, organization, and execution of internal and external communication initiatives. You will work closely with team members and leadership to ensure information is communicated clearly, professionally, and consistently across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional mindset who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day communication activities and projects.
  • Prepare, review, and organize professional written communications and business materials.
  • Assist with internal communications between departments and team members.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and business partners.
  • Support the development and implementation of communication strategies.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, presentations, and communication-related activities.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with company standards and objectives.
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and communication materials.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of information.
  • Assist with special projects and company initiatives as needed.
