Job Description

The Communications Coordinator will support the planning, development, and execution of internal and external communication initiatives. This role works closely with multiple departments to help ensure messaging is clear, professional, timely, and aligned with company objectives.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and coordination of company communications.
  • Prepare, review, and organize written materials, presentations, announcements, and internal documentation.
  • Maintain consistent messaging and communication standards across departments.
  • Coordinate communication-related projects, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Support internal teams with communication materials and information distribution.
  • Assist with company events, meetings, presentations, and organizational initiatives.
  • Communicate with internal departments, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders when necessary.
  • Maintain organized records of communication materials and project documentation.
  • Proofread and review materials for accuracy, clarity, tone, and consistency.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve communication processes and team collaboration.
  • Support additional administrative and communication initiatives as company needs evolve.
