About the Company:

This is a part-time position for a fast-growing, community-based events brand. The Community hosts transformational gatherings in Austin for entrepreneurs, creators, and conscious leaders. Their events are all about meaningful connection, great energy, and smooth execution — creating spaces where inspiring people come together to grow, connect, and thrive.

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Attend community events, dinners, and gatherings as a welcoming, familiar face.

  • Make new attendees feel comfortable, included, and connected.

  • Build authentic relationships with members both online and in person.

  • Introduce people who could benefit from knowing each other.

  • Engage with the community through Instagram messages, comments, tags, and social interactions.

  • Welcome new followers and continue conversations after events.

  • Check in with members between gatherings to strengthen relationships.

  • Celebrate member milestones, achievements, and contributions.

  • Identify future volunteers, ambassadors, hosts, partners, and community leaders.

  • Gather feedback and share ideas that help the community grow stronger.

  • Help keep conversations and engagement active between events.
