About RYZE:
The Role:
The RoleRYZE is building a small Miami-based creator pod to produce culturally relevant, highly shareable organic social content during our coffee truck residency at Miami’s Bayside Marketplace (March 1 – May 31, 2026).
This role is structured as an ongoing creative partnership pipeline rather than a one-time campaign. Creators will produce TikTok-first vertical content (9:16) for RYZE-owned social channels, blending solo storytelling with collaborative filming moments at the truck and around Miami.
This creator pod supports organic social growth during our Miami truck residency, increases cultural relevance and shareability, and builds a pipeline of recurring creative talent for future activations.
What You’ll DoCreate and deliver 8 edited vertical videos per month (30-60 seconds each), including:
3 self-filmed lifestyle or trend-driven videos (home or around Miami)
3 self-filmed on-site videos at the RYZE coffee truck
2 collaborative on-site videos (interviews, challenges, light skits with other creators)
Participate in collaborative filming days at the RYZE truck (street interviews, group concepts, BTS content)
Develop POV-style, conversational, culturally relevant content aligned with RYZE’s tone (approachable, human, not overly polished or ad-like)
Pitch content ideas based on trends, platform-native formats, and real-time cultural moments
Deliver edited, platform-ready videos optimized for TikTok and Reels (9:16 format)
Incorporate brand talking points naturally in content (no hard-sell or scripted ad delivery)
Meet monthly content deadlines and maintain consistent communication with the RYZE social team
Participate in a 30-day paid trial period
Remain flexible and collaborative within a test-and-learn creative environment
Content is created primarily for organic use across RYZE-owned social channels
Creator posting on personal channels is welcome but not required unless mutually agreed
Top-performing creators may be invited into ongoing activations or longer-term partnerships
This is not an hourly employee role.
Paid per deliverable (flat rate per video)
Additional compensation for collaborative group filming days
Bonus potential for top performing videos
Compensation will be structured per deliverable rather than hourly. Creators will be paid a flat rate per approved video, with additional compensation for scheduled on-site collaborative filming days.
