Responsibilities:

  • Provide editing and rewrite support across blog, global comms, and product content, helping maintain quality and consistency ahead of publishing

  • Support weekly content planning, helping keep workflows on track

  • Help enforce Tone of Voice guidelines across written content, flagging inconsistencies and supporting the wider guidelines refresh

  • Draft supporting copy for crisis comms and executive comms as needed, working to fast turnarounds under senior guidance

  • Support special-format content packages (e.g. white papers, EOY reports, third-party research reports)

  • Draft content for media partnerships, supporting our media/partner relationships

  • Write and edit global comms pieces and product/campaign content

  • Produce long-form drafts, from first pass through to polished copy

  • Draft, edit, and proofread content quickly and accurately against deadlines and briefs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Native or fluent English, with excellent writing and editing skills and strong attention to detail

  • Proven editorial experience. Strong track record specifically in editing/rewriting others' work, not just writing your own

  • Comfortable working to Tone of Voice and style guidelines, and applying them consistently across formats

  • Able to work calmly and quickly under pressure 

  • Genuine interest in crypto, blockchain, and fintech

  • Proactive and reliable, able to own work end-to-end without close oversight

  • Able to multitask and work to tight, sometimes same-day deadlines

  • Strong communication skills and comfortable working in a distributed, mostly async team
